We are a game design think tank focused on tabletop systems and settings, board games, card games, and related media. We're geeks. We're nerds. We're enthusiasts. We do this because we love it; because we're gamers. We make our products with pride and enjoyment. Does it show? We think it does.
Our people are group of friends who, after fifteen years, still get together for a weekly game. Originally, The Compass Rose Guild was a group of fantasy adventurers who found a special place in our hearts as our favorite characters in the best game we ever played. That gaming group unofficially adopted the name. Later, the head three borrowed again from it when founding this company.
We make the games we want to play. Every product and tool we have came out of a need. What does that mean? It means we focus on usability and mechanics. It means we know how it works because we built it with pride and enjoyment.
